Market Update for 94587!!! Not many properties are active in Union City. We are seeing 17 detached properties on the market. This is typical trend of real estate market as inventory tends to drop towards the end of the year. However, compared to October of 2019, the days on the market has dropped from an average of 43 days on the market to now only 8 days on the market, and the median price of $925,000 has now increased to $1,050,000. This is still a very strong sellers market.
