Niles, Fremont CA
Downtown Niles is a great place to go when you want to enjoy a night out with your friends or family. This strip may be only 4 blocks long, but it has tons to offer from Coffee shops, food, bars, desserts, and even antique shops. This area is also quite scenic as you can get a great view of the hill. It may also look quite familiar as it also the place where Chalie Chaplin shot his movies.

Skillet’z is one of my favorite spots in Fremont to get Breakfast, Brunch, or Lunch. They are only open from 8 am to 2 pm and the lines can get quite long. They also offer a patio area, which is perfect during the nice summer days. I usually get their burgers and their special iced coffees. If you decide to go, make sure to eat light and bring your appetite as the portions are also quite large.

Devout Coffee is another one of my favorite spots in Niles Fremont. It’s a small coffee shop that offers pastries, a patio area, and some tables, which make it a great place to hang out. My favorite coffee to get there would either be the cold brew or their mocha.

If you want an adult nightcap or just meet up for adult drinks, Florence Bar is a great place to go. They usually have some events going on during the night and I believe Wednesday nights they have live music. The prices are affordable and the staff and customers are very friendly.

Farmers Market
Niles also offers a farmers market that is open year-round on Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm.
Niles is one of my favorite neighborhoods/communities in Fremont. The neighborhood has a nostalgic feeling to it and everyone is very friendly. They also offer one of the better elementary schools in Fremont, Niles Elementary. Right within the community, they also have a beautiful park, Niles Community Park, and two ponds (Shinn Pond and Grau Pond). These are great areas to walk and the ponds are also great areas to fish.
