Market Update for detached properties in Newark, CA 94560!!! Newark market has also been receiving a lot of activity. The days on the market is around 50 days, but we are still seeing properties only lasting around 5 days on the market. Since the beginning of November, 24 properties have gone into contract, which tells me buyers are still shopping and have an interest in Newark.
