Market Update Monday!!! Today we are going to be looking at the Pleasanton, CA Market. We are still seeing aggressive buyers out shopping and homes selling for way over the comps. Last week we had a buyer bid on a property that was listed at $920K. Comps say it would be a stretch at $980K. This property ended up receiving 39 offers and sold for over $1.1M. The days on market says 16, but I believe those are due to some outliers as we are still seeing attractive properties sell for over and sell very quickly.
